“A lifetime seeking adventure.”

Childhood summers spent on the central California coast gazing out to sea sparked my curiosity for what lay beyond the horizon. Little did I realise this curiosity would shape my destiny.

​During my university years, I worked as delivery crew on small and large cruising and racing yachts across the Pacific. After a decade at sea, I ventured into the green jungles of Central America, working as a river guide and later as an expedition guide for archaeologists excavating the Mayan ruins.

​As my lust for adventure continued to grow, this lead me beyond the Americas to Asia & the South Pacific where I (met a man who later became husband), circumnavigated Australia, climbed in the Himalayas, taught in Japan and crisscrossed India by rail. Eventually, we settled in Southeast Asia, where we have spent the past twenty-five years raising a family and living between Asia, Europe, and North America. I've now come full circle,  living on the other side of that California horizon, based in South-West England in the Cotswolds.

From my earliest travels as an aimless backpacker, I was on the hunt for travel accessories that could withstand my rugged adventures and chic getaways. Disappointed by available options, I decided to design my own, leading to the creation of Sea & Savannah.
